HR Co-ordinator
Role HR Co-ordinator Location Kettering Pay up to GBP24,000, dependant on experience Hours Full time I am working with my Kettering-based client to find them a suitable candidate to join their team, with a potential for immediate start. As the HR Co-ordinator, the purpose of the job is to work effectively as a part of the Human Resources team to provide a responsive, professional, comprehensive, proactive HR service, with an emphasis on HR administration, to the business, through the day to day delivery of standardised processes. This will be alongside supporting the HR team with all aspects of administration support and maintenance of the HR computer systems ensuring accuracy always. The role will incorporate many duties, including some mentioned below: To provide accurate administration and responding in a timely manner all aspects of an employee life cycle to include but not limited to: o Referencing, variations to contract, family leave, flexible working, resignations & probationary To collate relevant information for packs to be used in Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance Management To acknowledge all resignations, successful probations and variations to contract in a timely manner ensuring correspondence is in keeping with HR template letters, ensuring consistency across the Group To ensure line managers and the recruitment team are made aware of leavers in a timely manner To ensure all variations, resignations and any other changes are updated accurately on the HR system To ensure all payroll changes, as a result of resignations and variations to contracts are correctly actioned and within the relevant monthly deadlines To ensure all staff resigning from the Group are offered an exit questionnaire/exit interview to establish leave reasons and provide clear and relevant data for the HRM to report Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, and beyond, for all HR related processes The candidate The ideal candidate will have a proven, strong administrative background, with a passion for HR and a desire to progress. f you have a CIPD qualification, this will be welcomed however, this is not a necessity as training will be offered, should this be desired by the candidate The client is willing, for the right candidate, to offer a degree of flexibility on remote working however, this will need to fit with the needs of the business The benefits include 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays, free parking and 3% pension contribution To be considered, please submit your CV or call Vicky on 0121 to discuss
