HR Advisor in Travel!

A leading transport/catering group is seeking an HR Advisor with several years HR Advisor experience for a newly created role reporting into the Operations and HR Manager.

Duties will include taking charge of all disciplinaries and grievances as well as managing the recruitment process for all candidates. You will also assist with the processing of payroll and helping employees with all queries. You will have the option also to manage an HR Assistant.

An ability to handle difficult people situations is key as well as the ability to build great relationships and be good at problem solving. Knowledge of UK employment law is required and a CIPD level 3 or above is also a plus for the role.
