What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing key accounts and ensuring that clients are satisfied with all aspects of the service they receive
  • Taking client briefings, effectively relaying information to the team and managing team input and feedback
  • Preparing project timelines and key documents, ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met at all times
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes and producing client reports based on needs and requirements
  • Connecting the dots internally, anticipating problems before they arise
  • Collaborating with the team to drive decision making and propel projects forward

The skills you need to bring:

  • Proven experience of account/project management and a track record of exceeding client expectations
  • Confidence when client-facing and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A first-rate attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding client services, managing demands in a tactful and professional manner
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office
  • Experience working in a creative environment would be an advantage
