Part time EA/Office Manager, Warwick

An investment business in Warwick is looking for an EA / Office Manager.  The role requires a super flexible, career-minded EA who can help drive the business forward.

Based in their own central Warwick office, this is a hybrid role which will require the new hire to take ownership of the office and all the component parts of the business to enable the business to drive forward. This role will be an integral part of the business so the candidate will need to be in the office with the Directors, as and when required.

Strong Executive Assistant skills are paramount. The candidate will be required to oversee the office and diary in order to understand the strategy of all meetings. Assist in organising events, problem solve and be client focused.  A candidate who can add gravitas to the business and assist in the preparation of white papers, building relationships and helping maintain strong communication throughout all parts of the business.

There are few recruits that will need managing and developing, so a reliable and experienced EA who can lead by example.

Working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Wednesdays working from home
