Project Co-ordinator - Fast moving, leading global consultancy - Mayfair

The role is to work alongside a fantastic and supportive individual who is responsible for the global contracts with the travel agencies and all associated organisations, the Execs in the business travel extensively so this is a crucial role to ensure everything runs smoothly and the business has the best deals and contracts available.

This role requires someone with excellent knowledge of corporate travel, either from working in a corporate organisation or the travel business along with strong administration experience.

Key duties:

• Managing and updating the business accounts - Amex etc, ensuring the online system is working properly.
• Ensuring the accounts are running smoothly and manage the vendor with any queries.
• Managing the loyalty points schemes with Delta etc, who is using them, how they’re working to take advantage of the schemes, are they getting the best value, should they switch to different airlines to get the best deals and points. So there will be some research and analysis work.
• Assist with travel process upgrades and ensure online bookings are working well, which credit cards are used, should they switch or use some more than others.
• Managing the global travel agents - researching into agents in local areas to ensure they’re getting best value and service offering.

Ideal candidate will have experience working in travel business (either agency or internal travel coordinator) but must also have good knowledge and exposure of corporate travel and how it all works behind the scenes.
