PA and Events Assistant to high profile Entrepreneur

Amazing opportunity for to work for a world renowned, high profile and UHNW Entrepreneur / business genius who is truly at the top of his game. You will be part of a small team, a new start up venture based in central London. The role is a mixture of EA, Events and Roadshow Coordinating.This would suit a genuinely enthusiastic team player, an "all rounder" skill wise who is positive, calm and someone with a genuine interest in supporting all elements of an innovative and fast growing start up. 

The role would involve the following:

Event Coordinating 

• Liaising with all conference organisers to coordinate speaking opportunities for the Principal 
• Confirming all details regarding speaking and attendance at event (logistics) 
• Working internally with team to promote events and internal networking opportunities 
• Update Master events tracker on a regular basis and use events in the current year to ensure the following year similar events and speaking opportunities are secured 

IR (INVESTOR ROADSHOWS) 

• Manage all  Roadshows with points of contact from each organisation 
• Enter all information into the calendar 
• Sends out Investor Roadshow itinerary updates and schedules 
• Works with points of contact to ensure all information on a daily basis is correct
• Set results day which includes all the press etc.  

EA duties:

• Complex diary management and scheduling, including international travel
• Booking Zoom and face to face international meetings
• Excellent understanding of international time zones
• Other EA  and business support duties as required
