This role is a perfect start for a candidate to join a great company and learn the ropes, you will be working closely with the EA to the Founder. The company is a leader in property development and they need an Office Assistant who is positive, ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in – one of the first tasks will be is an office move. You will be dealing regularly with clients so you will need have good communication skills and be well presented.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Meeting and greeting Clients, answering calls and arranging seamless Zoom meetings for all staff.
  • Management of meeting rooms, booking, setting up and clearing and maintaining a tidy and clean office and kitchen space
  • Liaising with IT and help with IT support
  • Visiting properties when team are not present
  • Assisting with installations at the properties
  • Ordering samples, and arranging returns and maintaining the design library
