A brilliant opportunity for a driven individual to join a Tech Scale-Up as an HR Assistant! This is a fantastic role for somebody who enjoys working as part of team. It is essential the individual enjoys responsibility and is self-motivated, proactive and possesses impeccable organisational and communication skills.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick start their career within HR, working alongside an encouraging and supportive team. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, responding to potential applicant enquiries, and managing the recruitment email inbox
  • Maintain the HR systems and ensuring employee details are accurate (as well making sure relevant learning/trainings are up to date).
  • Conducting all pre-employment checks and administration (e.g. references, right to work checks, preparing contracts, etc)
  • Supporting the People team overall to constantly tweak the onboarding process, and administering this process from end-to-end to make our new joiners feel welcomed 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Able to quickly navigate in the changing environment, passionate problem solver,
  • outside the box thinker
  • Proactive - take ownership of growth and do everything you can to support and
  • enhance the quality of services
  • Good IT competence and sound use of MS Office
