Amazing opportunity to join a super successful artist management agency! Our client is looking to hire an exceptional EA to join their high performing and dynamic team.

This role will provide first class EA support to the Founder, acting as a sounding board, the eyes and ears,  as well as looking after the day-to-day running of the business. We will need an individual with experience in a fast paced EA role - someone who has supported at top management level. In addition to EA support, the role will encompass elements of supporting the accountant with bookkeeping Within this role you will have the scope to wear many hats as you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at once. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Diary management – scheduling all meetings, social engagements etc.
  • Inbox management, responding to client/artists' emails on behalf of the Exec
  • Travel coordination and itineraries, including hotels, flights, activities etc. 
  • Event management - organising dinner parties and social engagements
  • Management of correspondence, including email and phone 
  • Ad-hoc errands, pick-ups and administration
  • Overseeing and tightening the operations of the business
  • Keeping insurance policies up to date
  • Process supplier and Artist invoices
  • Maintain accurate and up to date supplier/Artist details and account records
  • Support the accountant with invoices, bookkeeping, producing monthly Artists’ statements

What we are looking for:

  • Confident and experienced in the PA / EA / Operations role
  • Accounting / bookkeeping experience desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Calm with the ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease
  • Flexible & entrepreneurial approach to all work
  • A very 'hands-on' approach and able to think outside the box
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
  • Personable and natural relationship builder
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MAC
