Fantastic City based.SME Finance company looking for a brilliant Operations Assistant - ideally you will have had some relevant experience - Marketing, HR, Ops, Office Management, recruitment, facilities etc...

This is a GREAT newly created role due to company expansion. An ideal role for someone from a SME firm - maybe you have been an Office Manager or EA or Admin Assistant and you want to move into an Operations role?

You will be joining the Operations team of this expanding organically and impressive firm. Supporting the CEO alongside others you will be someone who enjoys operational tasks. This is a great involved and varied role with so much opportunity and a fantastic firm to learn. Duties will include: -

  • Assist with corporate operations tasks - supporting management meetings, liaising with suppliers, and building manager, and work on other ad hoc projects
  • HR - helping with recruitment, onboarding, bens, wellbeing,
  • Marketing - assist with updating the company website, posting on LinkedIn, liaising with marketing designers re. branding etc
  • IT - working with IT service providers
  • Maintaining CRM
  • Assist with projects and events
  • Attend internal and external meetings

We are looking for candidates with: -

Strong academic background - graduate preferred

  • 2 + years in a similar role (this could be a step up)
  • Experience working in Financial services essential
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills - tech 'savvy'
  • Graduate calibre preferred
