HR Administrator

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new, exciting role in the heart of Birmingham?

We are looking for HR Administrators to join a busy HR Hub in the heart of Birmingham working for a well known broadcasting company.

Duties of the role include:

• Handling and directing queries, acting as point of contact for the team

• Co-ordinating projects and activities around job postings including setting up Assessment Centres, leading on logistics and events planning

• Assisting with the end to end recruitment process from initial introduction to the team to processing job offers

• To provide clear responses to any queries and requests from candidates and hiring managers. Using own discretion, share information to resolve any issues.

• To assist with interview packs, providing documentation to Candidates and Hiring Managers and any other administrative tasks that are required.

The Candidate we are looking for:

• Experience within a similar HR Administration environment

•To be self- assured in answering questions, based on data and understanding of policy and process

• Exceptional customer service skills with internal colleagues and external candidates

• Experience using different HR / CRM systems to track the candidate process (SAP is desirable)

• Strong self starter, keen to dive into a new busy role

The Details:

• GBP10 - GBP16 an hour, based on experience

• 3- 6 month contract in a busy HR team, possibility to move internally after your assignment ends

• Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

• Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 days at home

• City centre location, right next to new street station
