EA to CEO of Global Luxury Brand

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experience EA to support the CEO of a Global Luxury Brand. Working with this extremely busy yet approachable CEO you will anticipate, progress and deliver assistance in whichever capacity it is needed or requested, consistently and timeously.

The role is dedicated to facilitating, communicating and connecting people, projects and task across the brand and with other external companies and parties. Calendar management has become a vital part of this role, with seasonal milestones and leader led meeting requiring the CEO attention, as such previous experience scheduling complex and every changing global meeting is essential. The CEO is a high energy, passionate and driven individual who is looking for a likeminded person she can trust and rely upon, you will have first class communication skills and be comfortable dealing with key stakeholder both internal and externally, representing the CEO in a professional manner at all times. This role will predominately provide business support however through building a trusting relationship you maybe asked to deal with some personal matter and sensitive information, so discretion is of the upmost importance.

The person will have experience support a Group Level CEO within a fast pace global brand. The ability to build relationships at all levels is essential along with the ability to stay calm and poised at all times, working within Luxury Brands is not essential however the ability to work within this industry is important.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a world leading brand, the opportunity to build a fantastic relationship with a down to earth but driven Executive who has a great sense of humour and enjoys a good working relationship with their EA.

This roles offers hybrid working – 2 days from home.
