This is a particularly exciting opportunity as you will be supporting a number of departments within our Business Services area, which will increase your knowledge of our organisation and be valuable for your career development. The areas you would support are, Legal & Business Affairs, Finance, Internal/External Communications, and the Academic Research Department. These are the departments which support the whole of Cambridge to be able to pursue potential and deliver education to our learners around the world, so your contribution will be vital.
Our trusted partner
You will be expected to coach, support, mentor, and provide appropriate challenge for our managers on a range of policies and procedures. Your experience within HR will ensure you promote fairness and consistency whilst driving and supporting the development and delivery of a range of change initiatives. You will find yourself working with some of our most senior colleagues within this business unit, so experience supporting a variety of stakeholders is important, to enable you to thrive in this role.
Supporting our continuous improvement
You will have a keen eye for detail which will allow you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, within the departments you support. We encourage our employees to suggest different ways of approaching problems and are always keen to hear new ideas.
