As HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for any people related queries for both managers and employees. Primarily you will be advising, supporting and enabling in a range of people matters.This is an exciting opportunity to join a marketing leading business that offers a positive, supportive culture.In return you ll receive:

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

• Administration - assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Absence Management/Reporting
• Recruitment, supporting the end-to-end process
• New Starter Induction
• The accurate use of Human Resource Systems
• Training & Development, ensuring managers are up to date with relevant training
• Supporting on HR Projects
• Health, Safety & Environment, promoting exceptional working standards

Key Requirements and Preferences:

• Experience of working in HR administration/assistant/HR Trainee advisory role
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create and implement and improve administrative systems using Excel
• Experience of prioritising work to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
• Experience of working with confidential information
• Excellent attention to detail
