Operations AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a toy manufacturer based in Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.Responsibilities as an Operations Administrator:
  • Answer customer calls and email
  • Process new accounts and provide samples and images
  • Update/ maintain vendor portals as required
  • Order entry such as checking stock availability and progressing order through to dispatch
  • Providing administration support for the Sales Team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
  • Has a good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
