We are seeking to appoint a highly organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in the delivery of a high quality, efficient and compliant HR service to the schools.
You will work in a generalist team supporting across the entire employee lifecycle which may include preparing contracts and offer letters, recruitment and supporting in employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate would be used to working in a busy office environment, ideally within HR though this is not essential, with a high level of IT skills especially with Microsoft Office applications, you will have a methodical approach to working and an eye for detail. An understanding of safer recruitment practices would be advantageous, though training can be provided.
A flexible and adaptable person, you will thrive on providing exceptional customer service whilst delivering on a varied and often busy workload.
