EA to Investment Directors, West End

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Coordinating diaries, setting up client meetings and organising global travel arrangements
• Liaising with overseas offices
• Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
• Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls
• Working alongside other EAs offering support to each other

The skills you need to bring:

• Strong EA experience from Investment/Financial/Professional Services firm
• High attention to detail
• Adaptability
• A flexible attitude
• Strong MS Office
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work remotely
