Our client is a leading Real Estate Consultant. They are looking for an unflappable Office Manager/PA to be the central figure in their small office, ensuring an efficient work flow for the whole team.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing the office environment and ensuring everything is running smoothly
- Managing phones, opening post and dealing with enquiries appropriately
- Maintaining office catering supplies and making refreshments as requested
- Welcoming visitors and clients
- PA duties, including diary management, booking and setting up meetings (both in person and virtual)
- Booking travel and making restaurant reservations; providing appropriate recommendations and suggestions
- Producing correspondence and documentation, ensuring particular attention to detail
- Managing staff expense claims
- Liaising with IT support to resolve any computer issues
- Maintaining and updating the company website, LinkedIn and social media
- Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience in a similar corporate environment
- Strong MS Office skills; Mailchimp and Wordpress experience would be advantageous
- Up to the moment knowledge of current trends in hospitality and travel
- The ability to efficiently multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, always maintaining a strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to work, willing to take the initiative when required
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to form effective working relationships
