A global risk management consultancy is looking for an experienced EA to act as a gatekeeper and business partner to the Board. You will be the most senior administrative professional in the company, involved in most aspects of their business activities from coordinating board activities to managing contracts and legal documents.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of all meetings – calendar management, booking venues, taking minutes
- Producing and circulating documents to Board members
- Maintaining action lists and coordinating follow ups
- Supporting Directors with communications, contracts and record keeping
- Travel arrangements and booking restaurants
- Filing and archiving Board records and documents
- Undertaking special projects
- Bid and procurement support – compiling RFIs and RFPs for suppliers, coordinating response to client RFIs and RFPs, coordinating responses
- Administering the corporate risk register
