Lettings Administrator

We have a superb opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join our busy lettings team in Greenham

Role

Your role as Lettings Administrator will include providing day-to-day support to the Lettings Teams and colleagues. You'll work closely with residents who are leaving our properties and will also support with preparing new tenancy agreements.

You'll work with our Lettings Officers to ensure the delivery of an excellent lettings service and will also work closely with our various local authority partners advertising our homes through various choice-based lettings systems and Sovereign's Empty homes teams to minimise void periods and to ensure that our homes are let appropriately and within target.

This role will have a blend of home and office working, once initial training has taken place but there will be plenty of flexibility.

Sovereign's lettings service is fully digital, so we're looking for a forward-thinking individual, who's confident using a variety of communication methods to reach a wide range of new customers to create "the best first impression".

We're flexible on the experience you'll bring to the role. You should have:

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent IT skills be exceptionally organised
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous knowledge of lettings processes, social housing allocation policies and choice-based lettings is advantageous, but not essential.
