Private PA

This is a unique opportunity for a switched on and ambitious individual who is serious about their career as a Private PA.  Based from stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair working as part of a small team of collaborative PAs, this is a full throttle 24/7 role supporting a very well regarded UHNW business figure.

The role

• Manage the diary which covers business and private, thinking strategically and planning ahead
• Arrange complex  multi stop International travel arrangements (hotels, flights both commercial and private, itineraries) lots of last minute changes
• Building relationships with key contacts (government figures, business leaders)
• Liaison with family members
• Lynchpin for the team
• Manage household staff
• Ad hoc projects
• Organising events

Standards are incredibly high and there is no room for error, however hard work is well rewarded with perks such as an onsite gym/personal trainers, free breakfast/lunch and amazing social events, as well as a competitive renumeration package.  The ideal PA will have exceptional academics, having worked in a similar environment, be a proactive problem solver and confident communicating at all levels.
