MAIN MISSION Define the locally relevant HR strategy (adapting and delivering group HR strategy "Nurture"), ensure the subsidiaries have the adequate structure & competencies to respond to business needs and transformation. Provide an HR Business Partner service to managers that supports the development of talented, committed & engaged employees. Part of the UK & Nordics Cluster and UK CODIR team: you are actor for transversal projects and provide insights on your scope, you are a change agent. You oversee the different subsidiaries as HR Manager for the region, mainly for UK. MAIN REPONSIBILITIES Strategic Responsibilities: Change agent and transformation Adapt HR Group Strategy "Nurture" for local deployment, ensure local priorities are considering in HR Strategy Define the HR plan, objectives, and strategy to ensure the countries has the correct approach to respond to business needs Challenge the team s organization agenda to ensure team structures and skills are aligned to delivery of business objectives on the markets Design and deploy organization adaptation in a moving environment, drive transformation for the local team Identify key HR drivers and opportunities, optimizing the subsidiaries resources and competencies to meet longer term business objectives Balance Strategic Business Partner role to managers and Leaders, operational tasks, and Employees Champion Roll out the Group engagement program for the zone and local pulse surveys when needed, with adapted actions plan for the BUs build with Leaders Talent Management Implement and adapt employer branding to the local markets to attract external best candidates Local championing the Group s mobility, staffing / succession planning policies (potential next steps, etc.) Run local people and performance reviews with managers and leaders to ensure added values outputs Ensure the right profile at the right place for the BU / Cluster aligned with the business needs and competencies Manage the recruitment and selection process, briefing agencies, short listing candidates, coordinating and taking part in interview process to attract, select and staff the best candidates for the Group Source and manage 3rd party resourcing partners / resourcing solutions negotiating best deal Capabilities & development Management Support managers in capabilities assessment, rely on group and local capabilities needed Facilitate workshops when needed (for example: on expected behaviors, etc) to roll out or drive transformation Identify learning solutions to answer a development need (could be on-the-job, networking, mentoring, digital learning, training etc.) Source local training providers to meet specific BU training needs Overall responsibility for BU team s induction process for new staff members and staff moving to new roles ensuring performance requirements are communicated, understood, and measured Compensation & Benefits Responsible for ensuring the BU teams reward package is competitive internally and externally (via regular benchmarking) Recommend changes to compensation package because of changes to external contexts Lead and manage the annual pay review process. Lead the process for and support the management in the preparation of Bonus documentation (Performance Related Pay objectives, Performance and Development review, etc) Overall responsibility for managing the monthly payroll and benefits processes Link with the Group C&B to implement Group reward policies and processes Employee Relations Support the managers and leaders in employee relations and general environment Ensure local legal respect and deploy local HR Policies compliant with group culture and values Overall responsibility and accountability for the accurate preparation of employee contracts, offer letters, etc and for ensuring that company documentation is up-to-date and respects local legislation Budgets & Reporting Responsible for HR budgets (Private Medical, Private Health, Group Life Assurance, Fleet etc.) for the BU, reviewing regularly to ensure the company receives the best service at the best price. Data reporting to support HR Plan and decision Systems & Data Management Overall responsibility for management and accuracy of HR data ensuring data protection legislation is respected Support Managers and employees with the HR Systems as super-user Coordination Local Office Managers / HRs Ensure alignment within the group and different stakeholders / sites within the BUs Support managers to integrate and appropriate Group Culture and HR Policies / processes Participate in CODIR for the BUs QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum level of education and/or professional experience required: Experiences in an HR function, including significant experience as an HR Manager HR experience in UK Market Professional skills / technical know-how required: Change agent and transformation driver - track record ie employer branding, employee value proposition, talent and diversity programs Strong sensitivity to CSR Ability to evolve in a matrix environment (connected with the Group) Digital knowledge, future of work curiosity External orientation and disruptive approach Excellent interpersonal skills and assertiveness Dynamic and solutions oriented Labor law and good knowledge of HR processes Ease with numbers and analytical skills Resilience and organization Political and listening skills English fluent / native Decision taker in uncertain environment, fact based and with local expert inputs.
