Rapidly expanding and leading recruitment agency sourcing hospitality professionals for luxury properties worldwide are looking to a bright and switched-on Resourcer to join their fun and fast-paced team!

As a Resourcer you will support the consultants in providing screening, vetting and administrative support on the full range of recruitment activities to ensure a competitive advantage through the selection and hiring process. 

To be successful in this role you must be a fast learner, have strong administration skills, be competent at multi-tasking and work at a fast pace. This can be an extremely busy role, often

working to tight time frames, so being able to work effectively under pressure is essential. You will work from the London Bridge office with some flexible working from home offered once you have passed your probation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing advertising
  • Screening all incoming CV’s
  • Active resourcing and headhunting for specific positions
  • Managing a portfolio of current available candidates utilising our CRM to manage all candidates
  • Managing of multiple job boards
  • Managing of spreadsheets for certain desks
  • Booking registrations in for the consultants
  • Conducting registrations for some candidates as required
  • To support the consultants in the daily management of the live vacancies
  • CV preparation
  • Referencing of candidates

All about you:

  • Previous industry experience is desirable however strong administration experience will also be considered 
  • you MUST be confident and efficient using a computer (mac experience is advantageous)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to multitask and work to a quick pace
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Driven, enthusiastic, passionate – attitude is key, the rest can be trained!
  • Be immediately available or on short-notice
