AIDS AND ADAPTATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - please note in order to be considered for this role you will need to have worked in a simialr position before and have great understanding of Aids and Adaptations.
6 MONTHS INITIAL CONTRACT - FLEXIBLE WORKING AVAILABLE BUT YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK IN OFFICE OCCASIONALLY, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HERTFORDSHIRE.
FULL TIME CONTRACT, MON-FRI, GBP17.00PHR UMBRELLA.
A Housing organisation in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an Aids and Adaptations Administrator to join their team.
Please note: Previous experience in Housing and Adaptations is ESSENTIAL
The role will involve:
* Understanding the aids and adaptations that need carrying out
* Liaising and supporting the works carried out by surveyors
* Liaising and managing the work of sub-contractors
* Providing and exceptional customer service to all tenants
* Necessary administration such as filing and data entry
* Knowledge of current legislations
* Managing and processing assessments
* Good communication skills
* Great knowledge with Excel
* Quick with adapting to new softawares
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience in Housing / Property (ESSENTIAL)
* An existing understanding of aids and adaptations (ESSENTIAL)
* Organisation and diary management skills
* Experience in a customer focused environment
