Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Salary: 21K (+ commission after a probation period)

Location: Farrington Gurney

Contract: Full time - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

I have an exciting role for a suitable individual who would like to join a busy team within a sales environment. It is imperative you are confident, outgoing and not afraid to be told "No" by customers.

This role will begin by relationship building and contacting customers who has ceased buying or ordering less frequent from the business. You will be expected to communicate with inactive customers, both domestic and commercial, by establishing the reasons for their decrease with orders. You will log and report customer cases to the sales team who can then work on trying to regain their business.

This will suit an individual that is keen to progress within a sales environment, and plan to go down the Sales Rep or Business Development avenue in the future.

This is not telesales, you will not be cold calling.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via email and telephone

Maintain the marketing list is up to date

Build a rapport with customers to regain lapsed business

Provide quotes for customers

Outbound calls to dormant customers

Provide reports for inactive orders and update the Sales team

Communicate trends internally

Other ad hoc administrative duties when necessary

To be considered:

Outbound telephone experience is essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and provide an outstanding customer service

Be confident, and able to handle all situations that may arise

Highly organised and motivated

Awareness of data protection principles

Experience in a similar role is desirable
