A leader within the charity sector are looking for a Head of People to lead their London team and instil value through the HR function. This role is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity working on an extremely flexible, hybrid basis in Central London. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about bringing people together in a highly forward-thinking, diverse organisation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Acting as a trusted guide and adviser to the CEO and heads of business on all HR matters
- Championing internal values and D&I initiatives across board
- Providing strategic people-focused solutions at all levels of the business to strengthen greater organisational goals
- Inspiring, coaching and developing the HR team through effective line management
- Managing sensitive, high-level ER cases
- Working closely with key stakeholders on major team and company initiatives and projects,
- Advising and support on processes relating to recruitment, selection, and retention
- Overseeing Facilities matters including, but not limited to, renovations, allocating resources, managing contractors and security
- Reviewing and preserve company safety and health programs in line with relevant legislation
- An impeccable track record of senior HR roles within progressive organisations, ideally with exposure to the charitable/not-for-profit sector.
- A highly skilled communicator, with an ability to inspire and influence others
- A commitment to constantly re-evaluating processes and procedures to instil value
- A passion creating a positive, fun workplace culture and improving employee engagement
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and GDPR laws
- Be personable, adaptable with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of creating and implementing and evaluating HR programs and processes
