This role is classic PA/Executive Assistant/Assistant duties to four very demanding Executives/ Directors, plus a little extra. 

  • ​Managing hectic diaries and complicated, ever-changing international travel itineraries across multiple time zones and at the last minute. 
  • Heavy involvement with the team's client projects on a daily basis - you are an integral part of making sure these projects are delivered on time and you are therefore expected to be one step ahead constantly
  • Extra responsibilities within the office include events, marketing, finance, HR admin, induction / on boarding or recruitment, charity work, or office management. 

The environment here is challenging, dynamic and highly demanding. You will be expected to push yourself but at the heart of it love being a PA. You will work incredibly closely with your PA/Executive Assistant peers and have a 'muck in' attitude.
