About the role
We are looking for an exceptional ER Adviser who combines strong knowledge of employment law and proven experience of leading and managing complex ER casework, to provide senior level, high quality and professional advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of employee relations. This post will support the HR Manager and Head of HR to deliver key centre-wide projects linked to the people strategy, positively contributing to the success of the overall business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to join a busy, fast-paced and high performing team.
About You
Your extensive knowledge and ability to interpret and advise managers on policy and good practice, will enable you to be a key member of our HR team within a busy and fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity to roll your sleeves up and get involved - you will need to be pro-active in seeking out and driving forward service improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and a customer focused service is provided. A confident decision maker, you will need to be someone who can work alone and as part of a team. No day will be the same as you balance project work with operational demands within tight deadlines.

St Elizabeth s is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children s Homes, School, College, Adult Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre.
