Our client are a highly established name within the field of design and home interiors, and they are looking for a stand-alone L&D Partner to create, implement and lead on the company’s L&D offer.
This role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with hybrid working available. The role will be part-based in the company’s head office in Denham, with some travel required to the company’s various regional sites.

This role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with hybrid working available. The role will be part-based in the company’s head office in Denham, with some travel required to the company’s various regional sites.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Design and implement a group level learning plan, covering everything from leadership training and soft skills thought to sector specific skills such as visual merchandising and interior design.
- Design and deliver a range of blended learning options including e-learning, classroom training, coaching and mentoring
- Sourcing, implementing and post-evaluating the organisation’s LMS, collaborating with the wider HR team
- Working closely with other areas of the business to understand their training and development needs – stakeholder relationship building is key here
- Lead the company’s apprenticeship scheme
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to project stakeholders within the business, on all L&D matters
- Clear understanding of GDPR and compliance regulations
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record working in Learning and Development roles, ideally at Manager level
- Experience in working with LMS
- Experience in devising and delivering training programmes in a creative agency environment
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Experience working within the creative sector, especially fields such as design, interiors, or retail, would be highly beneficial
- Highly organised and able to delegate, with excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills – a genuine people person who loves what they do!
