HR Transformation Lead
Based: either Nottingham, London or Oxfordshire - Flexi/Hybrid working (travel to all three sites required)
Paying up to GBP70,000 + Car Allowance GBP5.4k, Pension, Perfomance Bonus, Scope
Our Ref: ADW00470
Henlee Resourcing is working with a highly commercial business, with bases in Oxfordshire, Nottingham and London, to recruit an Interim Senior HR Business Partner / HR Transformation Lead, into an exciting and highly diverse 12-month FTC (initially).
We require an expert HR Project Lead to partner the Exec of a business-wide transformation programme team, to shape and drive the strategic agenda, with a commercial mindset that will enable the programme to be successful and the business to become more efficient to grow (UK and internationally) over the next 5 years.
Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, you will work with the programme leadership team, to drive a strategic people plan to support the programme, based around culture, talent and reward, ensuring employee experience is at the centre of everything they do. You will be equally passionate about doing the right thing for their customers, ensuring that you bring them into all the people decisions that are made too.
The successful individual will be strategic and analytical, with experience of leading HR on major business transformation projects.
You will have commercial acuity to create a people plan that adds true value to the business. You will have experience of business partnering with a business-wide programme and, be adept at driving change, partnering with senior stakeholders and at understanding how to influence decisions at a high level. You must also bring a resilient and tenacious outlook to the role and be at ease in dealing with a sometimes-ambiguous environment.
Crucially, you must have worked in and feel comfortable in, a matrix environment - understanding how to proactively form relationships across all areas of the People agenda, as well as the wider business.
If you can demonstrate the above capabilities and are looking for a challenging role with scope and autonomy, in a fast paced and highly entrepreneurial organisation, we are keen to hear from you!
