My client, a highly reputable Medical Communications Agency group, are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Group HR Coordinator to support the greater HR team across the full spectrum of generalist duties. This role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with mainly remote working, with occasional travel to the City of London as needed.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Providing full HR generalist administrative support on all key areas including recruitment, L&D, performance management, ER, benefits, engagement, and payroll
  • Being a first point of contact for heads of business, line managers and the general employee population to answer general HR queries 
  • Supporting in the successful delivery of HR administrative tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding, the creation of key documents including policies and the employee handbook, ER records, and efficient and accurate data management using the company’s digital HR systems
  • Assisting with Talent Development including performance reviews, and personal development plans
  • Be a super-user of all of the companies’ HR systems and collate key people data to inform HR reports
  • Support on various ad-hoc project work as required, including redeveloping the Employee Benefits offer

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous strong HR administrative experience, looking for the next step up in their career
  • Experience working in a Creative/ Communications agency environment is essential, and an understanding of agency culture is paramount
  • Prior sector experience in healthcare/medical communications would be ideal
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence and persuade various stakeholders within the business
  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation
  • Experience of being a superuser of HR systems; exposure to BambooHR would be particularly beneficial
