Our client, a leading global Investment and Asset Management firm, is looking for a proactive and engaging Executive Assistant to support the extremely personable and busy CEO.

Based in stunning offices in the West End, this is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to join a fast paced and dynamic team who offer super perks!

The successful Executive Assistant will be partnering with other EA’s daily to ensure the smooth running of the CEOs business agenda. Therefore, all applicants must be a team player, forward thinking, have excellent time management skills and strong experience supporting at to a Senior level.

This is initially a hybrid temp role with exciting the opportunity of going permanent to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:

• Extensive diary management
• Meeting coordination across time zones
• International travel arrangements
• Updating reports and presentations
• Aiding in organising company events
• Expense management
• Ad hoc business and personal tasks

Skills required:

• Highly proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Experienced EA at Director level
• Excellent time management skills – must be able to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
