Conveyancing Secretary

We are interested in speaking to all Legal Secretaries who can hit the ground running and join their conveyancing team in Barnsley. You must have secretarial experience to be considered for the role.
Salary: GBP10.15 Per hour

Duties of the Legal Secretary:
Carrying out all aspects of administration support to the busy fee earners.
Corresponding with clients over the telephone, face to face and by maintaining accurate diary systems.
Making up new files, ensuring files are kept up to date and responding to routine correspondence.
Dealing with title deeds.
Opening, maintaining, and closing files.
Ensuring all telephone messages are passed on to the relevant department.
Preparing and sending mail.
Preparing transactional documents.
Key Skills:
Organisational skills.
Client care skills.
At least 6 months experience.
