As a Customer Service Agent, you will be handling inbound queries with contractors and engineers but supporting the day to day operations within the desk. You will be the leader in exemplary service experience.

Our client is a well-known Property and Housing business with a national presence, having a hub of sites across the UK but recognised for the value it provides for their clients. The Customer Service Agent will be working in a engaging and positive team, based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be;
Handle inbound calls, managing a variety of queries
To process and update requests from our client base, internal personnel and suppliers via multi-channel
To action reactive requests from our client base and log all requests on internal system
To liaise with site based engineers and field based facility managers to action requests
To liaise with sub-contractors to attend sites and raise sales orders
To be proactive in ensuring that all requests are completed within a reasonable time frame and that the correct process flow has been adhered
To be proactive in chasing job closures for client sites and to review reactive requests that have been completed by our internal resources and sub-contractors.
To ensure that time-frames are adhered to, in relation to SLA'sProfile
To be successful in this role;
Previous telephone based customer service experience
Great interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills
Great written and verbal communication skills
Proficient use of MS Office packages
Ability to multi-task Job Offer
In return, our client can offer;
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
10% shift allowance
GBP21,250 - increase to GBP21,750 following probation
