Project Manager HR Rail

Are you a Project Manager with experience operating within a HR Environment within the rail industry?

Do you have experience in resourcing and reviewing applicant tracking systems?

Rate: GBP450 Per Day Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working - 1 Day in office)

Within this role you will help develop change management tools & methodologies, training relevant manager in these techniques and helping deliver projects compliant with HR policies. You will also be responsible for training documents, working closely with stakeholders, the recruitment team, and the wider project management team to review the applicant tracking system (ATS).

You will also build on effective networks with the business, developing partnerships with business sponsors of the projects and promoting involvement at project feasibility stage.

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years experience operating as a Project Manager in a HR Environment on infrastructure projects, specifically in resourcing.

• Extensive stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred:

• Trained in project methodology
