A leading Foreign Exchange group looking for a proactive Office Coordinator/Front of House candidate. You will be in a contract until December, however, will have the opportunity to go permanent to the right person. Your hours will vary, initially, 7.30 am – 5.00 pm. The offices are based in central London. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

You will be the first point of contact for employees and clients, you will be a bubbly and welcoming person who has a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be a person who can wear multiple hats and work efficiently. 
 
Duties include: 
  • Greet clients and employees
  • Telephone correspondence 
  • Meeting room management across multiple floors 
  • Monitoring IT equipment
  • Incoming post and outgoing post 
  • Office maintenance, ordering supplies
  • Onboarding new staff members 
  • General ad-hoc duties
WHO YOU ARE:
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a reception role within in a corporate environment. You will be well presented with outstanding communication skills and can work in a face-paced environment. 
  • Experience in a corporate reception role
  • Have impeccable communication skills, written and verbal
  • Pay high attention to detail 
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages 
  • Proactive nature, good use of initiative 
  • Can multitask and can meet deadlines
  • Have a bubbly, friendly nature and are excellent with people
  • Outstanding organisational skills
