My client is a consultancy, specialising in design, management, and planning projects.  They are top of their game and are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join their fantastic and close-knit team with the role being office based.  You will have experience within the administrative field and manage the day-to-day support of the staffs needs being an active member of the their team.  They want you to learn and grow within the company, they have an incredibly low turnover.  Your Role will be varied and hands on, they are a collaborative team and you will be required to help with anything from putting up the Christmas tree, to formatting reports and therefore must be adaptable.  They need you to have a positive approach and demeanour. 

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the daily ‘go-to’ person
  • General office admin support
  • Formatting documents in word and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with the preparation for the office move in 2022

You will be an excellent people person with excellent IT skills and organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of tasks at any one time.
