The Client:

Our client, an established and successful boutique finance firm, is seeking a highly efficient, experienced Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and professional offices and to support at senior level.

The Role:

This Executive Assistant will be primarily supporting up to 4 Executives. They have international backgrounds and work with high expectations. Responsibilities will be varied:

• Supporting up to 4 Executives (sometimes more)
• The role will involve all aspects of diary management and arranging of meetings
• Organisation of international travel
• Processing expenses
• Ad-hoc administration

The Successful EA will:

• Strong EA experience, ideally within the financial services industry, at senior level
• Hybrid working, up to 2 days WFH
• Have at least 3-5 years' Executive or Personal Assistant support from a professional, corporate environment
• Have excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Be proactive, reliable and adaptable
• Collaborative and team-oriented nature
• Have Strong Microsoft Office skill
