A new awesome opportunity exists for a skilful Receptionist with an ideal background in Helpdesk roles to join a renowned TV Broadcast Network, home to some of the most exciting and popular UK shows. With a lively and trendy office located in White City, this is really a fantastic role.

You will be the point of contact to facilitate contractors and guests, assign jobs to relevant team members, manage annual training, keep accurate records, manage the office’s housekeeping audits and contract inductions whilst ensuring that standards of services are maintained to the level required by the employer.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have Helpdesk experience with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to build positive working relationships and ensure that the experience of each guest is positive and satisfactory.
