An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our client, a leading innovative media company, based in their brand-new offices in West London. As Office Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of an energetic and lively office.
This will be the ideal role for a proactive and experienced office manager looking to work for an amazing company with a great working environment. This role includes a salary of up to £30,000 as well as hybrid working, discretionary annual bonus, healthcare and an incredible office location including rooftop terrace.
Responsibilities of Office Manager
- Manage the general maintenance of the office
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Maintaining office supplies
- Organising company events and meetings
- Working alongside HR to review Health & Safety policies
- First Aid and Fire Safety
Skills & Experience of Office Manager
- Previous experience in a similar Office Management position
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude
- Reliable and Professional
