EA to UHNW Creative Entrepreneur

I am currently working on a highly desirable EA role supporting an UHNW Founder and CEO. This is a highly confidential role, so to find out more please apply or get in touch directly.

The principal has founded and built a hugely successful creative business, making him a leading figure in the industry. The group is still privately owned and sits in the more high-end, luxury market within the industry.

Salary: £50K-£80K – could be flexibility for the perfect candidate

Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 – flexibility required when necessary, but he is very respectful of your time

Location: central London

Start date: ideally ASAP – no longer than a three month notice period

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside such a dynamic and hugely successful entrepreneur who is constantly expanding the business. It is a really exciting role because you will be so involved in his work and different projects he is working on.

His diary is very full on because he is truly entrepreneurial and likes to make every second count. The successful candidate has to be used to juggling a constantly changing diary and be able to keep on top of everything when you are also managing lots of other tasks. They also need to be used to managing multiple inboxes with hundreds of emails on a daily basis.

Strong relationship management skills are hugely important in this role because you are an extension of your principal. Liaising with lots of VIPs, leading industry figures, UHNWs and internal employees. Discretion is paramount in this role.

A solid CV is a must – they will only look at candidates who have demonstrated longevity in their roles.

Candidates must have experience of supporting an UHNW entrepreneur or a C-suite executive of a leading global brand for a minimum of five years.

The successful EA candidate must be driven and willing to put in the hard work when necessary.

Lastly, you must have a good sense of humour and be willing to have a laugh along the way.
