Right-hand EA to UHNW Tech Investor

My UHNW client is a young, driven and highly intelligent investor in global disruptive technologies. He is looking for a right-hand EA to support across his business interests, whether this be his venture capital firm, the family office he manages for his family or his philanthropic work and global initiatives.

He is hugely personable, and he wants an EA who he can build a strong rapport with and bounce off. He is very dynamic and sees the value a high-calibre EA can bring to his team. The successful candidate will have ideally worked in private equity or venture capital before, but anyone who has had exposure to the investment side before will be considered, whether that be in a corporate or creative setting.

This role will be office based five days a week in Mayfair. They own the building, which is split between their family office and his venture capital firm. It is a nice, relaxed, friendly culture with a collaborative team.

Marcilly Recruitment’s client needs an exceptional candidate with strong relationship management skills and capable of working in a very fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. This is a meaty EA role with the opportunity to get involved in many different areas of the business. They are looking for a bright candidate with a strong commercial awareness, this will enable you to get involved across his different business interests. He is not looking for a traditional EA.

Salary: £50K - £70K depending on experience

Benefits: bonus; pension; medical; 25 days holiday

Hours: 08:45-17:45

Location: Mayfair

Start date: ideally ASAP

They are ideally looking for a Russell Group graduate, but they are open to other candidates if they have a solid CV and good educational grades.
