Description
As a Technical Case Worker Assistant you will be working within the Remortgage Department and be responsible for a high case load of files from start to finish.
You will be dealing with a high volume of calls on a daily basis from the client, lenders, banks and other third parties.
The role is extremely fast paced and all cases must be dealt with professionally and a high level of customer service at all times.

Previous Case Handling experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent organisation skills and able to handle high volumes of work
