Join a super successful artist management agency as the Office Manager / Accounts Assistant. As well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, you will be working alongside the Management Accountant and a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Supporting the People Lead with onboarding days, culture promotion and other 
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ad-hoc HR support
  • Process invoices
  • Reconciling supplier account vs. statements
  • Supplier payments - interim & month-end
  • Produce monthly Artists’ statements
  • Queries arising
  • Managing Database to ensure advances and Artist fees are billed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurately and up to date customer details and account records
  • Credit control & Age reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up to date reconciled balances
  • Maintain finance control and processes and integration with other business systems
  • Assisting with the internal and external audit process
  • Setup and Administration for Amex and cardholders

 What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the desire to be a team player
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Passion for numbers, Excel, and other MS Office Software
  • Proactive and driven
  • Strong sense of initiative, prioritisation, and a mindset attuned to multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible to changing priorities and deliver effectively to strict deadlines
