Lovely opportunity for an organised, efficient and experienced Business and Private PA to support two busy Principals on a remote basis*. The Principals run three very different businesses from executive search to tech and luxury retail. This role is predominantly providing first class support to the Principals; managing their business and private lives.

Due to different demands from each of the businesses, it is essential that the PA possesses skills such as flexibility. This is a varied and fast-paced role, which will require prioritisation skills and a positive working attitude. This role will require the EA to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and be adaptable to an ever-changing schedule.

*Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Diary management – scheduling all meetings, social engagements, family holidays, household maintenance etc…
  • Inbox management, responding to client emails on behalf of the principal
  • Travel coordination and itineraries, including hotels, flights, activities etc
  • Event management - organising dinner parties and social engagements
  • Management of correspondence, including email, phone and post
  • Liaising with principals’ office and assisting with diary coordination, travel and
  • administration
  • Gatekeeping whilst building and maintain relationships
  • Overseeing the household maintenance schedule and contractors, managing household bills, insurances, and managing expenses
  • Personal shopping and gift purchasing
  • Ad-hoc errands and administration

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working as a PA for an HNWI 
  • Calm with the ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease
  • Kind, caring and attentive to the principals’ needs
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Sound IT skills

*Flexibility to travel to Bishop’s Stortford once a week to meet with Principals
