Our client, a forward-focused fintech scale-up, is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Office Manager who is keen to carve out a career in support! Joining an international team, this is a brilliant role for someone who is keen to grow and develop within an ambitious and driven company. The ideal candidate will be pro-active and will always exercise a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. This role will require agility so it is essential the individual likes being in a fast-paced environment whilst managing the day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising company events and quarterly socials
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Supporting the People Lead with onboarding days, culture promotion and other
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Ordering stationery and furniture
- Booking transport and accommodation
What we are looking for:
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience in an administrative role
- Able to quickly navigate in the changing environment, passionate problem solver, outside the box thinker
- Proactive - take ownership of growth and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of services
- Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters
