Private PA - French / Italian Speaker

My client is an international multi-family office who invest in environmental and ethical start-ups. Based out of stunning Mayfair offices, this French or Italian speaking PA will support the highly successful Principal in a Private PA capacity. Working as part of a small team, this PA will also provide a highly personalised service to UHNW clients. You will be largely involved in lots of high profile property projects - lots to get your teeth into! The day to day be incredibly varied, with ample opportunity to get involved in exciting projects such as:

• Complex diary management across time zones
• Setting up meetings
• Organising international travel (itineraries, hotels, transport
• Property purchases and refurbishments
• managing the acquisitions of assets such as yachts,  private jets
• Managing household staff
• Personal Shopping – rare items, luxury clothing
• Event Management

As no two days will be the same in this role, I am looking for someone who enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities and can facilitate flexibility at a moment’s notice.

As this client is internationally based, the candidate must be Bilingual, fluent in both English and French/ Italian. The working culture is collaborative and dynamic with a family feel - you will also be heavily involved in client support, assisting with maintaining professional relationships. You should be capable and accomplished, with a real hunger and drive within their job! The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
