Assistant to Talent Agent

A unique opportunity for a junior candidate has come up working for a rapidly growing Influencer Talent Agency based in converted loft offices in West London. They represent diverse talent in many different areas – from chefs to fitness influencers!

Seeking a Team Assistant (with 1-2 years’ experience in an office) to support a Senior Talent Agent with PA duties as well as working closely with some of their high profile talent. They need someone super confident with a fun personality who has an eye for social media. This person needs their finger on the pulse of pop culture, TikTok and upcoming trends. A really exciting role for a second jobber with masses of scope to progress into a Talent Agent position!

Duties will include:

• Overseeing and attending client commitments, managing shoots and filming schedules
• Liaising with clients
• Managing diaries for directors and clients
• Raising and chasing invoices
• Arranging meetings and taking notes
• Assisting with events
• Identifying new talent

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent writing skills
• Previous relevant experience
• A fun and charismatic personality, able to communicate effectively
• A can-do attitude, prepared to go the extra mile
• The desire to work and grow within a small integrated team
• The willingness to support agents with some seemingly menial tasks
