We are currently recruiting a receptionist and office assistant for a thriving firm based in Holborn. Acting as the first point of contact, you will also be responsible for general office and PA-style duties. This is a fantastic opportunity who is keen to gain experience working for a very credible firm and who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages when needed
  • General administrative tasks
  • Ordering and monitoring stocks, booking couriers and arranging meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all facilities are well maintained, and the office is kept tidy
  • Managing contracts with suppliers
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Providing holiday cover for other office-based team members like the personal assistants

Skills required:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a reception role would be preferred for this role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience within a professional environment, working in stunning offices in central London. You’ll be able to take on more responsibility than you typically would expect of a reception role and potentially progress too!
