Our client,  a fast paced, creative, design company based in central London is looking for a PA /Office Manager to join their team as the main support in the office. A multi functional role with varied duties this is a role that will suit an individual who enjoys an operational role being at the centre of the business, a varied workload and who is super approachable and very much a people person able to liaise internally and externally with ease.

The role entails providing PA support to the MD in terms of diary management,  travel arrangements, putting together meeting packs, agendas, presentations and managing expenses as well as ad hoc support to the wider team.  Re office management; managing facilities, office supplies and orders, greeting guests, organising events and more. This is a role that will suit an individual with a great attitude who likes to help out as much as possible and enjoys being the go to person.

If you enjoy being the glue that holds everything together this is the role for you, always happy to step in whether that’s with a presentation that needs formatting, a trip that needs organising, a product that needs ordering or dropping everything to welcome a client whilst their contact finishes up

Responsibilities:

PA support to CEO- booking travel, diary management, managing expenses

Team support- Process expenses, update database,

Office Management – manage facilities, keep office stocked up, liaise with suppliers, organise events, manage social media accounts, be the first point of contact

Finance admin- invoicing and credit control

The successful candidate for this role will:

*Have previous PA or administrative support

 *Strong MS packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition able to liaise with team, clients and senior management

*Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and have a calm and methodical approach

*A can do attitude – first person to put their hand up and able to think on their feet
